Senior Customer Service
Position Responsibility:
- 1. Provide users with high-quality services through telephone, live 800, online SMS, customer service email and other ways, and solve user consultation quickly, accurately and professionally;
- 2. Handling of after-sales complaints.
Job Requirements:
- 1. Familiar with computer operation (various office software) and Internet knowledge;
- 2. Typing (Chinese) speed over 40 (words / minute);
- 3. Good sense of customer service and communication, judgment ability, mandarin standard, sweet voice, honest and pragmatic, optimistic and positive, strong desire for learning and learning ability;
